4th Grade

4/22 Third & Fourth Grades will be celebrating Earth Day 2010 at the movies. We will be watching the new Disney hit movie, Oceans! 5/25 4th & 5th grade classes will visit Lancaster County, where we will experience life as the Amish do for a day.
5/18 First-Fourth Grades will be traveling to Reading, PA to see the Wizard of Oz play!

We enjoy having the "LEADERS" of the school as our prayer partners this year. 4th & 8th grade classes plan exciting activities to do together each month. We communicate with them by writing letters to them in our dialougue journals that we made!

Pennsylvania History is what we love to learn about in Social Studies. We have a brand new series that is teaching us so many new and exciting facts about our wonderful state.

We are wrapping up our studies of the Ten Commandments. We continue to follow in Jesus' footsteps each day!

 |
"Phanatic About Reading" is a program that the 4th grade is involved in. Each day every student must read independently in the classroom and at home to achieve their daily goal. Mrs. O'Shea reports our classes achievements to the Phillies, and the end of the year our class could win a visit with the one and only Phillies Phanatic!
We are working hard on our differentiated instruction spring book reports, reports are due on April 21st, and May 25th!
Reading Olympics: We are so proud of our 4th grade reading olympians who have worked so hard this year to compete in this years competition. Congratulations to Emma, Tommy, Adrianna, Erin, Alyssa, Cara Anne, Jack, and Rae Ana!
